Information, visits and going around the festival

Find transport information on the City of Saint Cloud’s accessibility page http://www.saintcloud.fr/handicap/transports

The accessibility section of the City of Paris website provides a wealth of information (transport, accommodation, visits, leisure, tourism) for people with disabilities https://www.parisinfo.com/accessibilite.

Before the festival

All information related to accessibility will be posted in this practical information. If you have any questions, you can send them to us by email at accessibilite@rockenseine.com

An information flyer dedicated to accessibility will be available shortly before the festival. You will be able to:
– print it before the festival
– request it from the on-site accessibility information points
– read it on the application.

Beneficiaries of the disabled adult allowance (AAH) have access to the reduced rate (day tickets at €49 including tax instead of €69 including tax), proof (decision of the MDPH or proof of payment of the previous month) will be requested at the entrance of the festival during the ticket check. Attention: accompanying persons do not benefit from the reduced rate.

Is the site fully accessible?

Not totally! Despite the organization’s efforts, the Domaine national de Saint-Cloud cannot be fully developed: slopes and lawns remain difficult to access without help.

A reception/information point is dedicated to accessibility at the entrance of the festival. There, you can:
– Receive an “accessibility” bracelet allowing access to the platforms
– Get the accessibility information flyer and information accessible to blind or partially sighted festivalgoers
– Repair a wheelchair or have one lent to you in case of a problem.

Toilets
PRM toilets are installed next to each platform. Volunteers are present on each platform.

PRM Parking
A PRM car park is available upon reservation and within the limit of available spaces. To get a spot, send your request to accessibilite@rockenseine.com.

Medical stations
Medical stations are set up in different parts of the festival. These stations are clearly visible and anyone can come forward to ask for advice or medical assistance. Prescriptions cannot be issued, but emergency care will be available. If necessary, the person can be referred to a doctor or hospital.

For festival-goers with reduced mobility

Platforms in front of the scenes
For people in wheelchairs or with difficulties to stand upright, platforms are installed in front of the stages, high up to see the concerts. Signs make it easy to locate where they are located. The paths to get there are adapted to the chairs.

Bars
All the festival bars offer a lower bar section to allow festival-goers in wheelchairs to place orders. These counters are at the end of each bar (right or left side depending on the bars).

A problem with your wheelchair?
Your chair was damaged during the festival? A repair area located at the reception desk will help you find a solution.

For festivalgoers who are deaf or hard of hearing

Magnetic loops
Magnetic loops are installed in front of the control rooms (sound and light adjustment areas). Signs and lines on the ground indicate them. They allow people fitted and located in the loops to fully enjoy concerts without noise pollution (select the T position of the hearing aid).

FSL
The accessibility reception team is aware of communication with deaf or hard of hearing people, you can go see them if you have any questions. A person familiar with the FSL will be present on site and will be able to answer you in sign language.

For blind or visually impaired festival-goers

Suitable supports
The festival map is available in relief and important information on the organisation of Rock en Seine is available in Braille and large print.

The website and application of Rock en Seine are adapted to blind or partially sighted people.

Access to PMR platforms
Blind or visually impaired people can access the PRM platforms upon presentation of the PRM bracelet or their disability card.

Dedicated reception
The accessibility reception team is made aware of visually impaired situations.
