Taylor Cameron Upsahl is nothing if not precocious. She started playing piano at the age of five! This Phoenix native then went on to develop her voice and her writing skills. Now an adult, she’s written songs for Dua Lipa, Anne-Marie and Gayle. She also came to our attention two years ago when she sang with Feder on his Let There Be Drums single. As well as writing for others, this young American has started to make a name for herself as a solo artist, supporting Yungblud and singing her own songs on her debut album (Lady Jesus, released in 2021). Like so many artists of her generation, this 24-year-old woman perceives pop in its widest possible incarnation, with flourishes of RnB, rock, electro and hip-hop.
