The Firestone Stage delivers a memorable music experience for fans at Rock en Seine 2019
A diverse lineup of need-to-know artists and bands, a pop-up tattoo parlour and big giveaways made The Firestone Stage the place to be at Rock en Seine.
Driven by music since 1928, Firestone is a world-renowned tyre brand that also creates memorable festival experiences for audiences all over Europe. A fresh batch of emerging artists and an enthusiastic crowd made this year’s edition was one of Firestone’s best music events yet.
This year, Firestone welcomed nine different guests to perform on The Firestone Stage. With unique names like Let’s Eat Grandma and Peter Cat Recording Co., the only thing most of these acts had in common was their dream of making it big. From punk and jazz to electro-pop and folk, there was something to satisfy every kind of music taste. All of the bands had a magnetic presence and brought a special energy to the stage, especially Kitchies. The winner of the Firestone Music Talents competition, Kitchies‘ indie-pop songs were the perfect soundtrack to get the crowd on their feet.
Festival-goers also enjoyed visiting The Firestone Booth in-between sets. Inspired by the brand’s heritage, the boot was designed to resemble a tyre shop complete with high chairs for people to get custom airbrush tattoos. People could also test their luck and play Spin the Tyre to win festival gear and merch.
