Music has always been second nature to Max Berry, who’s now based in Paris after growing up in the Berry region, where he started playing drums, guitar and piano at a young age. A self-taught multi-instrumentalist, he proudly draws from the fertile New York scene of the 2000s – think TV on the Radio, LCD Soundsystem and of course The Strokes (he even has an air of Julian Casablancas about him). He’s also long been drawn to electronic pioneers like Aphex Twin, Daft Punk and Boards of Canada. This young visionary has already collaborated with the likes of Weyes Blood, Clara Luciani, Kirin J Callinan and Drugdealer. Now it’s time to focus on his solo career, which has already delivered a stream of singles including Hardcore, Another Idea of Fun, Nothing Ever Changes and Trouble. Go, baby !
