No children under 3

Rock en Seine is a rock festival. Noise levels may be high and festival-goers may be over-excited. For their safety, children aged under 3 are not permitted to attend the festival.

Ideally 6 or over

We highly recommend waiting until children are 6 or over before bringing them to Rock en Seine.

Free for under 11s

Children under 11 can enter the festival for free when accompanied by an adult with a ticket.

Where can I get a children’s ticket?

At the festival entrance:

– Go to the ‘Box office – invitation collection’ reception area

– Show a child’s ID card

You will be given a ticket that will allow the child to enter the festival.

Mini Rock en Seine

Mini rockers aged 6 to 10 can be looked after for free at Mini Rock en Seine. This is their very own festival, away from the crowds! The programme includes plenty of entertainment for them to enjoy, discover and become a real rocker. Register your child now – spaces are limited.

To register, visit: https://www.rockenseine.com/inscriptions-mini-rock-en-seine/

Have you bought a Rock en Seine ticket but are no longer able to come?

Rock en Seine in conjunction with zepass.com offers you the ticket exchange, the ONLY official, totally secure solution for reselling your tickets. You do not have to pay anything.

The ticket exchange also allows you to buy tickets from other festival-goers.

Important information

Counterfeit tickets are being sold. If you buy one you will not be allowed to enter the festival.

To make sure that your tickets are genuine, you should buy them:

– From one of the retailers on this list (‘Where can I buy tickets’ section)

– On the ticket exchange

Your Cashless account

Did you create a Cashless account when you bought your ticket but can no longer come to the festival?

Send an email explaining the problem to cashless@rockenseine.com, stating:

– The email address used to create your account

– Your ticket number

Counterfeit tickets

Be aware that there are people selling counterfeit tickets.

Law no. 2012-348 protects audiences against the resale of counterfeit tickets. Individuals and companies are forbidden to sell tickets without permission from the organisers of shows or festivals.

To make sure that you can get in to the festival, buy your tickets from the retailers listed in the ‘Where can I buy tickets’ section. Never buy tickets from street sellers (e.g. people selling tickets outside the festival or on the metro) as these will always be counterfeit: all tickets are checked at the festival entrance, and you will not be allowed in! Visitors have problems with this every year.

If you buy your ticket from an official retailer, you will be paying the right price and making sure that you will be allowed in to enjoy the festival!

Do not share photos of your tickets!

Be careful on social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.). Do not share photos of your ticket: people may copy it which will prevent you from being able to use it.
