A former student of the prestigious Berklee College of Music, Noor approaches music with the utmost seriousness, treating it as something sacred. This thoughtful French singer, producer and songwriter expresses herself through intimate electro-pop songs with precise, finely crafted lyrics. She cites Bon Iver and Lana Del Rey as inspirations – and we can hear it ring true. Her music is sensitive, melancholic and carefully constructed, always reaching for something personal. Signed to Romance, the label behind artists like Angèle and Clara Luciani, Noor released a debut EP with a title that reads like a confession: Les histoires tristes me collent au corps (“Sad stories cling to me”).
