Reduced-price tickets are available to anyone who fits into the following description:
- Minor : ID (a parental authorization could be required, download here)
- Student : a valid french student card (2023-2024 or 2024-2025)
- Job seeker or RSA beneficiary : less 8 months certificate
Access will be denied without presentation of identification together with the relevant document(s) at the festival entrance.
This ticket does not include Primary entry or Garden access.
This ticket is only available for children under 11 yo (born after August 21st 2013) accompanied by an adult in possession of a ticket for the festival. A parental authorization could be required, download here.
Within the limits of availabilty. Access to the festival is forbidden to children under 3yo and strongly discouraged to children 6yo.

You purchased a ticket Early/Regular/Hurry/Last on Rock en Seine or Shotgun website and you would like to extend your visit or upgrade your Early/Regular/Hurry/Last ticket to a Primary Entry or a Garden ticket?

HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. In your Shotgun account, upgrades are available for eligible tickets.
2. You can select the type of upgrade you wish, and simply pay the difference to upgrade your ticket.
3. Please note that your new ticket will be available in your Shotgun account, and that this is the one you will need to present at the festival entrance.

You’re not sure you’ll be able to attend the festival, or you need flexibility?
When purchasing tickets on Rock en Seine or Shotgun, you can subscribe to Meetch cancellation insurance. Should you need to cancel, Meetch will refund your tickets (100% of the ticket price with a supporting document and 70% without).
Rock en Seine fights against the black market and offers an official and secure solution to resell your ticket for the 21st show with Lana Del Rey.

- You want to resell your ticket to a friend or family member? Enter your Shotgun application and click on “Private Resale”!
- You’d like to transfer your ticket free of charge to a friend? It’s perfectly possible, thanks to the “Transfer” feature. Simply visit your Shotgun application and enter your friend’s contact details, and your ticket will be sent directly to him or her! If the tickets you’re looking for are sold out, you can join the waiting list directly from the Shotgun app!

Rock en Seine has teamed up with Reelax to offer you an official platform for reselling and purchasing tickets. Go to reelax-tickets.com , and you’ll be able to buy or resell your ticket in complete security on the ticket exchange. If the tickets you’re looking for are sold out, join the waiting list! If you purchased tickets for other days of the festival, a secure resale solution will be set up soon. Thank you for your patience.
The commercialisation of tickets for shows can only be done by operators authorised by the organiser.
We will not guarantee access to concerts produced by GARACA (organiser of Rock en Seine) on presentation of tickets that have not been purchased from an authorised distributor.

Article 313-6-2 of the penal code punishes the sale and provision of means for the sale of tickets for shows, on a regular basis, without the authorisation of the show’s producer.
