It’s a tradition. Every year since 2011, the Duroc metro station, on line 10, becomes the Du Rock station.
To do this, the RATP and the Rock en Seine festival are inviting students from the prestigious Estienne school, the superior school of arts and graphic industries, to imagine, more than a metro station, but a real exhibition around rock, and the festival’s line-up.
Thirteen students have come up with new posters. Arctic Monkeys, Izia, Nick Cave, Tame Impala, London Grammar, Stromae, Jehnny Beth and many others, all on the line-up for the 2022 edition of Rock en Seine, will give new colours to the metro station, which will even change its name for the occasion.
So, from 13 to 19 June 2022, take the time to stop at Du Rock, to change lanes, make a diversion if you have to. And enjoy, admire the talent of these young artists, while waiting to meet you in the pit, at Rock en Seine, at the end of August.
