STEP UP : the neo-pro program
get a head start in today’s music industry !
In 2026, Rock en Seine and the National Centre for Music (CNM) will return with the 4th edition of their program, designed to help emerging talent break into the contemporary music job market.

STEP UP is made to help you :
Refine your project and test it against the realities of the contemporary music industry.
Enhance your understanding of how the music ecosystem operates as a whole.
Grow your network and create your own opportunities.
STEP UP will take place over three days at the end of August 2026 during the Rock en Seine, at the Domaine national de Saint-Cloud. Twenty participants selected through an open call will take part in a program structured around various sessions: short training modules, coaching, workshops, networking opportunities with industry professionals present at the festival, and advisory meetings. It will also be an opportunity to go behind the scenes of a major festival and to enjoy informal moments over lunches and cocktails organized throughout the three days.
Registration dates will be announced soon.
