Novelists en concert à Rock en Seine
Formed in 2013 by brothers Amael and Florestan Durand, drummer and guitarist respectively, this French band has become a leading name in metalcore and progressive metal, blending melodic sensibilities with ferocious rhythms and devastating riffs. The formula works, as each of their albums proves. The group already has five to its name, the latest being Coda, released last year. Reinvigorated by the arrival of singer Camille Contreras, who has fronted Novelists since 2023, this close-knit, family-spirited band has found a second wind and seems ready to go the distance, much to the delight of their ever-growing fanbase, which continues to expand with each tour. French metal is in good hands!
