Rock en Seine is a music festival, therefore, the sound level can be high and the atmosphere quite hectic. For their own comfort and safety, the festival is forbidden to children under 3 years old. We also advise you to not bring children under 6 years old to the Rock En Seine Festival.
The festival is free for children under 11 years old, accompanied by a legal guardian in possession of a ticket. Parents must go to the counter « Box office » at the entrance of the festival and show the child’s ID in order to collect a ticket which will allow him/her to enter the festival.
Children between 6 and 10 years old can be welcomed for free at the Mini Rock en Seine, a kid sized festival away from the crowd with its own line up and activities ! It is mandatory to register your child: Register your child now.
If you bought your ticket on our website or on Digitick :
- You must connect on your Digitick account by going to “Mon compte” on the top of the homepage of www.digitick.com and by log in with your mobile number and your password.
- Then you will be able to see your actual purchases.
- Underneath each effective ticket, you will see the name on it.
- Simply click on the “Modifier” bouton on the right, type the new name and confirm with the bouton on the right.
- To see the changed ticket, click on the “Imprimer” bouton to print it again.
If you want to sell a ticket or use one that does not have your name on it, you can change the name by contacting the After Sales Service [on rockenseine.com and digitick: firstname.lastname@example.org].

You have bought your ticket but you are unable to come to the festival? In partnership with zePASS.com, Rock en Seine offers an official ticket exchange service to sell and buy tickets between festival goers in a secure and anti-black market context. If you have a ticket you cannot use for the festival, feel free to sell it on this site, as sellers are not charged.

Reselling tickets is illegal! Act n° 2012-348 of the 12th March 2012 protects visitors against the reselling of tickets by any society or physical entity unauthorized by the event producer. In accordance with this law (Article 313-6-2 from the Penal Code), it is forbidden to resell event tickets outside the point of sale and without the express permission of the event producer. We strongly advise you to be extra careful regarding tickets on reselling websites or from classifieds. These could be fake and you would be denied access to the festival.
Keep your tickets away from prying eyes ! The festival strongly advise you not to put photos of your tickets on social medias (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to avoid any malicious act (Copy…).
