Eyedress is the stage name of thirtysomething Idris Ennolandy Vicuña, artist, producer and general cool kid who grew up between the Philippines, where he was born, and the United States, where his family lived for several years. The songwriter’s musical career began in Manila before he moved to Los Angeles full-time in 2019. His single Jealous is an excellent way of discovering his lo-fi aesthetic, warped guitar, nonchalant tone and post-punk rhythms. Extend the experience with his albums, including Let’s Skip to the Wedding (2020), Mulholland Drive (2021), and his most recent, Full Time Lover (2022). You can also explore his many collaborations with King Krule, John Maus, The Drums, Chad Hugo, Nosaj Thing, and also Dent May – with whom he recorded the hit Something About You.
